Move Together Columbus
How far can we go when we move together?
We are pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Move Together Columbus event on Saturday, September 24th, 202th! This celebration of community will feature community wellness workshops, programs, and plenty of fun for all ages and abilities! In a time when it is so easy to feel alone, we encourage you to move together!
Move Together Columbus has an entirely donation-based registration for all attendees and program hosts. All proceeds will go to our 2024 benefactors, Black Girls RUN! Columbus and The Driving Park Baseball Program. Move Together Columbus will kick off with a 1 mile run/walk hosted by Black Girls RUN!, and the fun continues from there! Visit booths, attend workshops, and hang around for raffles, live music, and more!

Black Girls RUN! Columbus
Black Girls RUN! was started in 2009 in response to the growing obesity epidemic in the African-American community. Their mission is to encourage African-American women to make fitness and healthy living a priority. In doing so, they aim to reduce the number of African-American women who have chronic diseases that are associated with an unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle. Black Girls RUN! has a local Columbus chapter and additional Ohio chapters in Cleveland and Cincinnati. In total, there are more than 70 Black Girls RUN! chapters in cities and communities across the US.
Brooks Running
Our fabulous partners at Brooks Running are helping make Move Together Columbus possible! Since they started in 1914, Brooks has worked to "champion the run for all." Brooks Running is a proud partner of International Front Runners, an LGBTQ+ inclusive running club with over 100 chapters across the globe. Since 2021, Brooks Running has sponsored Angel City Elite, a Los Angeles women's running team committed to increasing BIPOC representation in the running industry. We are so grateful to Brooks for their support of Fleet Feet Columbus and our community over the past 15 years.

Volunteer!
Move Together Columbus would not be possible without the help of amazing volunteers! We are looking for a crew to help with registration and check-in, event set-up and tear-down, and extra hands throughout the day to make sure all event logistics run smoothly. We will send updates closer to event-day with volunteer assignments and position descriptions.
